Fitalga®: published clinical study

Fitalga^®, a two brown seaweeds aqueous extract, is a powerful inhibitor of digestive enzymes, α-amylase and α-glucosidase. Its efficiency was recently highlighted by a clinical study - published in December 2011 - on healthy subjects: Fitalga^® not only reduces Glycemic Index after a starch-rich meal (-48%), but also reduces Insulinemic Index and increases Insulin sensitivity from the first intake.
